snail​huddle: WLYBSMWAI potential v0.6.3 reversion

Potential reversion to BookWyrm v0.6.3

Our server’s queueing of background tasks seems a tad skewy since WLYBSMWAI adopted the prerelease of Bookwyrm v0.6.4, this week. If the server has not settled back into its typical groove by the time I next get a chance to sit down at a console, I might roll us back to v0.6.3.

Please get in touch if you notice any weird lags, or if you happen to feel like joining me to poke pensively around under the hood at environment variables, redis, celery, or whatever, sometime.
