      we could use Hometown until GoToSocial offers local-only posting, and then move across. Hometown needs at least 2 GiB of RAM; GoToSocial only a few hundred KiB. Hometown would also consume more and more and more and more storage space, unless we turned away media attachments coming from other servers, or someone pulls off some other trick. or, we could use GoToSocial in alpha version as an interim option, potentially even going on to keep a fairly outwards‐oriented instance alongside a more insular instance.
